1. Preparation
Gather all ingredients and equipment, including a large frying pan or wok, spatula, and cooking utensils.
Slice the pork into thin strips and set aside.
Chop the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop the green onions.
Prepare the yakisoba noodles by boiling them briefly according to package instructions (if using fresh noodles) or thawing them (if using frozen).
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce.
2. Cooking
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced pork to the hot pan, stirring continuously until it is cooked through and slightly browned (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the chopped carrots and bell peppers to the pan, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes, continuing to stir the mixture.
Push the vegetables and pork to the sides of the pan to create a small space in the middle.
Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the pan, then pour the sauce mixture over the noodles.
Toss everything together, mixing well to ensure the noodles and vegetables are coated with sauce, and continue to stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
Add the chopped green onions and mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
