Cooking method

1. Preparation

Gather all the ingredients for the raita.

Finely chop the cucumber and tomatoes. Set aside.

Chop the fresh coriander and mint leaves. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, measure out the yogurt.

2. Mixing

In the mixing bowl with yogurt, add the chopped cucumber and tomatoes.

Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves to the yogurt mixture.
