1. Preparation
Gather all the ingredients for the raita.
Finely chop the cucumber and tomatoes. Set aside.
Chop the fresh coriander and mint leaves. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, measure out the yogurt.
2. Mixing
In the mixing bowl with yogurt, add the chopped cucumber and tomatoes.
Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves to the yogurt mixture.
Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Add salt and cumin powder to taste, then mix well.
3. Serving
Transfer the raita to a serving bowl.
Garnish with additional coriander leaves or a sprinkle of cumin powder on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for extra chill before serving.
