1. Preparation
Gather all ingredients.
Open the package of silken tofu and drain any excess water.
Cut the tofu into cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.
Chop the green onions finely.
Grate the fresh ginger.
2. Assembly
Place the tofu cubes neatly in a serving dish.
Sprinkle the chopped green onions evenly over the tofu.
Add the grated ginger on top of the green onions.
Drizzle soy sauce over the topped tofu to taste.
3. Serving
Serve the dish immediately, ideally chilled.
Optionally, add a shiso leaf or sesame seeds for garnish.
