1. Preparation
Wash all fruits thoroughly under running water.
Peel and chop the apples and oranges into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and set them aside.
Slice the bananas into rounds.
If using, chop the mango into cubes.
Combine all chopped fruits in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mixing
Add the pomegranate seeds to the fruit mixture.
Sprinkle black salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder over the fruits.
Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the fruit mixture.
Gently toss all the ingredients together to ensure even coating of spices and dressing.
3. Serving
Taste the fruit chaat and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
Transfer the fruit chaat into serving bowls.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
