1. Preparation
Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
Slice 1 medium carrot into thin matchsticks.
Chop 1 bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Cut 200g of broccoli into small florets.
Slice 2 cloves of garlic finely.
Prepare a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil mixed together.
2. Cooking
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add the carrots and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the broccoli florets and bell pepper pieces to the pan, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat evenly, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
