Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1. Carrot
  • 2. Bell Pepper
  • 3. Broccoli
  • 4. Garlic
  • 5. Vegetable Oil
  • 6. Soy Sauce
  • 7. Oyster Sauce
  • 8. Sesame Oil

Cooking method

1. Preparation

Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.

Slice 1 medium carrot into thin matchsticks.

Chop 1 bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Cut 200g of broccoli into small florets.

Slice 2 cloves of garlic finely.

Prepare a small bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil mixed together.

2. Cooking

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the carrots and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the broccoli florets and bell pepper pieces to the pan, stirring frequently for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat evenly, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
