1. Preparation
Gather all ingredients and tools needed: a blender, a bowl, and a spoon.
Peel and slice the banana into small pieces.
Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold water.
Prepare the toppings by measuring out the granola, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
2. Blending Açaí Base
In the blender, add 2 packets of frozen açaí puree.
Add the sliced banana and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
3. Assemble Açaí Bowl
Pour the blended açaí mixture into a bowl.
Arrange the sliced banana, strawberries, and blueberries on top of the açaí base.
Sprinkle granola, coconut flakes, and chia seeds over the fruit.
Optionally, drizzle honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
